HEXIUM SERVICES — REFUND POLICY

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through Hexium are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You forfeit any right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Lack of knowledge or understanding
    • Compatibility issues
    • Performance or functionality concerns
    • Game bans, restrictions, or detection
    • User error, misuse, or negligence

2. Irreversible Digital Delivery

Hexium provides digital license keys only.

  • Upon delivery, the transaction is considered fully fulfilled and irreversible.
  • Digital goods cannot be returned, reclaimed, or revoked once accessed.
  • Any claim requesting reversal after delivery will be automatically denied.

3. Mandatory User Due Diligence

By purchasing, you confirm that you have:

  • Verified compatibility with your system
  • Understood all associated risks
  • Confirmed you are using a supported platform (PC only)

Failure to perform due diligence does not create grounds for a refund.


4. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Enforcement

Hexium enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward payment disputes.

Any attempt to:

  • Initiate a chargeback
  • Open a payment dispute
  • Reverse or reclaim funds without authorization

Will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of all services
  • Blacklisting across all Hexium systems
  • Revocation of all licenses and access without notice

Additionally:

  • The transaction will be formally challenged and disputed with evidence
  • Your details may be submitted to payment processors, fraud prevention networks, and relevant authorities
  • Hexium reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses, fees, and damages incurred as a result of fraudulent activity

5. Abuse of Policy

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or bypass this Refund Policy will be treated as:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Intentional abuse of digital services

Such actions may result in:

  • Permanent bans
  • Service denial
  • Escalation to third-party enforcement or legal channels where applicable

6. Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • Required under applicable consumer protection laws
  • A verified duplicate transaction occurs
  • A confirmed technical billing error is caused by Hexium

All decisions remain at the sole discretion of Hexium.


7. Binding Agreement

By purchasing from Hexium, you confirm that:

✔ You accept that all sales are final
✔ You agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks
✔ You acknowledge that violations may result in enforcement action
