1. All Sales Are Final
By purchasing any product, license key, or service from Hexium (“The Merchant”), you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
• Our software, services, or license systems may be changed, discontinued, or updated at any time without compensation to you.
• “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the software/service, not your personal lifetime.
• Our software is for PC only. If you purchase while using console, emulator, unsupported hardware, or unsupported operating systems, you will not be refunded.
• Any chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized reversal will be treated as fraud and may result in revoked access, blacklisting, and legal action.
• Negative feedback given without attempting to resolve the issue through support first may result in blacklisting and removal of access to all products.
Hexium does NOT directly sell software.
We only sell license keys, which act as access tokens.
Any software accessed using these keys is considered a complimentary digital product provided as a donation or gift.
Therefore:
• Purchasing a key does not constitute a commercial software sale.
• No laws, TOS, or platform rules are violated by us providing a digital license key.
By using any Hexium service, you acknowledge:
• You use all tools, software, and files at your own risk.
• Hexium is NOT responsible for any damage to your PC, operating system, registry, peripherals, BIOS, boot configuration, game files, or hardware.
• You accept full responsibility for any crashes, bans, corrupted files, lost data, or system instability resulting from using our products.
• If a spoofer, injector, driver, or executable causes system issues, you accept that this is entirely your responsibility, not ours.
• Hexium provides tools "as-is" with no guarantees, and we do not promise that the software will work on your device, setup, or game version.
All products are provided as-is, as-available, with zero warranties of any kind.
Hexium does NOT guarantee:
• Performance
• Safety
• Compatibility
• Detection status
• Results
• Uptime
• Server availability
• That the product will work on your hardware or OS
• That the product will not cause bans, flags, errors, or system issues
You agree that you alone accept all risks associated with using third-party tools or modifications.
Hexium is not responsible for:
• Game bans
• Account terminations
• HWID flags
• Suspensions
• Lost progress
• Lost purchases
• Loss of access to third-party platforms
By using Hexium products, you fully accept and assume the risk of enforcement actions taken by games, companies, or anti-cheat systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree:
• Hexium cannot be held legally responsible for any consequences of your use of our products.
• If a company, game developer, anti-cheat vendor, or legal entity attempts to pursue claims related to your usage, you accept full responsibility, not us.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexium, its owners, developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, losses, or actions arising from:
– Your use of our services
– Your violation of any game’s EULA or terms
– Your modification of any game files
– Your misuse of software
– Any legal disputes caused by your own actions
Hexium operates privately and anonymously; any legal burden arising from misuse is fully transferred to the user.
By purchasing from Hexium, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information when checking out.
• Contact support before leaving negative feedback or disputes.
• Not resell, leak, reverse engineer, or redistribute our products.
• Keep your license key private—if it is leaked or shared, access will be revoked permanently.
Hexium maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior:
• Any dispute or chargeback results in immediate termination of all services.
• Fraudulent activity may result in disclosure to payment processors, fraud databases, and legal authorities.
• If you bypass or attempt to bypass our license system, all access will be permanently revoked.
Under no circumstances shall Hexium be liable for:
• Hardware damage
• Software corruption
• Data loss
• Bans or penalties
• Account loss
• Revenue loss
• Service downtime
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages
Total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount you paid, and often may be zero depending on jurisdiction.
Hexium reserves the right to:
• Update these Terms at any time
• Modify services
• Change supported games
• Patch or remove features
• Change detection status without notice
Continued use of the site or tools means you accept the updated Terms automatically.
By purchasing a license key, downloading software, interacting with our store (Visiting pages / Clicking things) or accessing Hexium services, you confirm that:
